A native of Charleston, South Carolina, Trevor launched his career at Nucor in 2009 as an electrical engineer at Nucor Steel Berkeley. Progressing through various roles, including melt shop process engineer at Nucor Steel Birmingham, he earned promotions to melt shop shift supervisor, day supervisor and eventually melt shop manager at Nucor Steel Jackson in 2016. In 2018, Trevor extended his impact by becoming the melt shop manager at Nucor Steel Sedalia, contributing to the establishment of Nucor's first micro mill.

In late 2020, Trevor assumed the position of director of operations at Nucor Skyline and, in 2021, he stepped into the role of general manager at Nucor Steel Jackson. Presently, Trevor serves as the vice president and general manager of David J. Joseph, a Nucor company.

Trevor holds a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Tuskegee University and completed his MBA at the University of North Alabama.
