Hotels in the Scrap Expo hotel block offer attendees favorably priced accommodations that are conveniently located to the Kentucky Exposition Center. To reserve your room, please review the hotel options below in our group room block and select "Book Now" beneath the hotel you would like to reserve. The discounted group rates are available until the cut-off date, August 25, 2025, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner.
We encourage all attendees to book their rooms as soon as possible as there is limited availability at all hotels.

Check-in and check-out times vary for each of the properties in the group room block. See the chart below for the check-in/out times for a specific property. Departures after the designated check-out time are subject to a full-day charge. Attendees can contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out. Please note, while you are able to request a late check-out, requests are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel. Check-in/out times are subject to change.

Scrap Expo will take place at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky. This unique facility allows the outdoor live demonstration area to be directly adjacent to the indoor exhibits and programs.

- Scrap Expo has not endorsed anyone to contact you directly to book your hotel room or offer you a special discounted conference rate. If you receive one of these calls or emails, it is fraud.
- Scrap Expo does not sell attendee lists. If you receive an offer to purchase our attendee lists, it is fraudulent.
