Vice President, Metal Procurement & Recycling, Novelis North America

Bea Landa is vice president, Metal Procurement & Recycling, Novelis North America. In this role, she is accountable for Novelis’ scrap inputs purchasing strategy and execution, collaborating with global metal on prime, sheet ingot and hot band and playing an active role in designing and deploying the strategy to achieve our sustainability targets.

Since joining Novelis in 2011, Landa has held roles across the organization, including plant manager of the Greensboro, Georgia, plant, strategy director and vice president of Specialties. She was also a founding member of the Women in Novelis (WiN) employee resource group. In 2020, she was named a STEP (Science, Technology, Engineering and Production) Ahead Honoree by the Manufacturing Institute.

Prior to Novelis, Landa was a senior associate with McKinsey & Co. and an associate tax lawyer with Baker & McKenzie. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School and bachelor’s degrees in law and business from Icade, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, in Spain. Landa also played soccer at a semiprofessional level during college and her early years as an attorney.
